Course Overview
The ITIL 4 Foundation certification introduces professionals to the ITIL® 4 framework. It equips candidates to evaluate IT service management (ITSM) through an end-to-end operating model that supports the creation, delivery, and continual improvement of technology-enabled products and services. ITIL remains one of the most widely recognized approaches to IT Service Management, and organizations around the world continue to rely on its internationally developed best practices.
In this updated version of ITIL, the Foundation training builds on earlier editions by offering a practical and adaptable structure that helps organizations advance their digital transformation. It presents a comprehensive IT and digital operating model that guides the delivery and operation of tech-enabled services. It also reinforces the strategic role IT teams play in shaping broader business outcomes.
To gain the ITIL 4 Foundation Certification, candidates learn how to manage modern IT-enabled services, understand common terminology, and apply key concepts to improve both individual and organizational performance. In addition, the course clarifies how the ITIL 4 service management framework has evolved to embrace contemporary technologies and new ways of working. The program includes the official PeopleCert examination, ensuring a complete certification experience.

HAROLD PRICE –
Jan was very professional and knowledgeable about the topic.

Is there any way to give a 6 out of 5 rating? I was introduced to this course with no knowledge on this subject and especially how it can be applied to our IT infrastructure. The course was structured in a way where you start with your most basic building blocks, then you build on top of that to solidify a strong structure.
Both, the instructor and the audience were incredibly engaging, asking great questions that could further help us understand the material, especially since there were several terminology that SEEMED very similar, but in reality are completely different. All of the material was taught in a timely manner.
When it came to the quiz material, which reflects a similar structure of the actual examination, we all silently wrote our answers, then proceeded to share our answers and thoughts in rotation on why we thought that was the answer. Regardless of whether the correct or not, Jan would not only explain why it was the correct answer after sharing our thoughts, but would also further elaborate on why the other answers were NOT correct (or in some cases, why they were not the best suited answer.)
Overall, I can’t recommend this course or instructor enough. While the amount of material felt pretty gargantuan as expected, it felt very easy to understand.
