What I liked most about this course was the trainer, who was very strong in delivering the material and made it very engaging. Because of that, I was very enthusiastic about attending the training and was able to understand the knowledge and material presented very well.
My suggestion is to extend the duration so the material can be delivered in greater depth.

I found the section on ‘Organizations and People’ in this course particularly insightful, especially regarding psychological safety and building a culture of continual learning. It’s often the most overlooked part of service management.
Overall, the course content was great. I’d just suggest adding more interactive Q&A sessions or group discussions around the complex topics.
