Themed Agentic Automation: The Future of Work, the event welcomed 35 senior executives and technology leaders from some of the region’s most forward-thinking organizations.

The event featured thought-provoking sessions and live demonstrations that explored the fast-evolving domain of Agentic Automation – an advanced approach where autonomous agents, powered by artificial intelligence, are designed to make decisions and take action independently, within the context of business operations.

Jan-Willem Middelburg opened the morning with a keynote presentation on the evolution of automation, tracing the journey from traditional RPA to cognitive automation and now agentic systems.
