Cybiant is now a HRDF Registered Training Provider
Kuala Lumpur, 17 September 2019. Cybiant Asia Sdn. Bhd. is pleased to announce that our organization is now formally accredited under the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Malaysia. As a registered HRDF Training Provider, Cybiant customers and partners can utilize their HRDF allocated funds to claim fees for training courses.
The purposes of the Human Resources Development Fund is to drive the economic transformation of Malaysia through the country’s most valued asset – its people. The Fund is used to support people to attend training and further increase their skills. HRDF aims to support the continuous learning and development of the Malaysian workforce which is the key driver supporting our nation’s economic growth.
After a rigorous screening process, Cybiant Asia was accredited on 13 September 2019 for a three-year period. Cybiant CEO Jan-Willem Middelburg explains the motivation to become a HRDF Registered Training Partner:

The Human Resource Development Fund was first established 1993 when the first scheme was set up under the Majlis Pembangunan Sumber Manusia (MPSM). HRDF is currently governed by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (PSMB Act, 2001) and under the purview of the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. HRDF strives to work hand-in-glove with the Industry, our registered employers and training providers, and the critical mass of the country’s Small, Medium Enterprises towards increasing the skills of our local workforce, apprentices and trainees to meet the demands of a digitalised global economy.
