Course Overview
The Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Execution e-learning course focuses on the practical aspects of structuring, tendering, awarding, and managing PPP contracts throughout their lifecycle. You will learn how to develop PPP tender documents, structure project contracts, manage the procurement process, and oversee contract performance during the construction and operations phases, including planning for handback at the end of the contract.
Upon completion, participants will be able to apply international PPP best practices under suitable guidance and as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting both public and private sector roles in PPP project delivery.
This e-learning course is part of the APMG Public-Private Partnerships Certification Program, developed by leading multilateral institutions including the Asian Development Bank (ADB), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF), and the World Bank Group (WBG), with support from the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF). The program aims to strengthen global PPP capacity and promote consistent, high-quality delivery standards.
For private sector professionals, the certification provides valuable insight into government tendering processes, construction and operations expectations, and how to align commercial strategies with public objectives throughout the PPP lifecycle.
The course and examination are based on Chapters 5–8 of the PPP Certification Program Guide, a globally recognized reference written by PPP practitioners to unify terminology and enhance capacity for effective PPP implementation.
The APMG Certified PPP professional is a Registered Trade Mark of the APM Group Limited.
