The Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) course is an advanced training program that equips professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to manage IT assets effectively throughout their lifecycle. Target Audience
This course is designed for IT Asset Management (ITAM) professionals. IAITAM strongly recommends that participants hold a prior CSAM or CHAMP certification, and/or possess a solid working knowledge of IT Asset Management principles, along with a clear understanding of their organization’s business model.

- 85 marks required to pass (85%)
- 3-hour duration
