Data Literacy Fundamentals
Data Literacy Fundamentals training is designed for individuals who are new to the field of data literacy and those who have some experience but want to gain a deeper understanding of the basics. The course is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the basics of data literacy, a set of knowledge and skills that enables individuals to understand, work with, and communicate data meaningfully.
Throughout the training course, participants will gain a deep understanding of data literacy and its importance in today’s business world and learn to understand data concepts and terminology.
Participants will also be able to work with real-world data in a case study, which will give them hands-on experience applying data literacy concepts and techniques to a real-world scenario.
By the end of this course, participants will have a strong understanding of data literacy and be well-prepared to use data to make informed decisions. They will have the necessary skills and knowledge to collect, manage, analyze, and visualize data and will be able to communicate data insights effectively. Additionally, they will be familiar with best practices for data ethics and privacy and will understand the importance of these topics in today’s business world.

Cybiant offers the following learning options for this course:
E-Learning – 3 months access
The Self-Paced-Online learning option provides students with access to an e-learning environment with pre-recorded lectures, exercises and quizzes. You can complete the course in your own time, at your own pace. The SPO option provides access for 3 months, and includes the official exam.
Virtual Training – 2×2 hours per day
The virtual training option is an online class taught by a live Cybiant instructor. You will receive a meeting invitation to participate in the live lectures. Our virtual training courses are organized in 2 x 2-hour sessions per day to accommodate some other work. Official examinations are included in the pricing.
Classroom Training – full day
The classroom training option will be conducted by a Cybiant instructor in a 5-star hotel. You will participate in a live training and meet other participants. Breaks, lunch and exam voucher are included in the pricing.

This examination is administered through APMG-International and can be taken either paper-based or online.
- The exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions
- The duration of the exam is 60minutes
- The pass mark is 65% (26 questions)
