Frequently Asked Questions
PPP Training provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to design, structure, and manage Public-Private Partnership projects. It covers key concepts such as project preparation, risk allocation, financial structuring, and contract management, following international best practices and frameworks.
The Certified Public-Private Partnership Professional (CP3P) certification is the global standard for PPP practitioners, developed by the World Bank, ADB, EBRD, and other multilateral development banks under the PPP Certification Program (PPP Guide). The certification validates your expertise in PPPs across all project stages — from identification to procurement and management.
Cybiant offers all three levels of the CP3P certification pathway:
- Foundation Level – Introduces PPP concepts, structures, and terminology.
- Preparation Level – Focuses on project identification, appraisal, and structuring.
- Execution Level – Covers procurement, contract management, and monitoring.
Participants can take one or all levels, depending on their experience and career goals.
Each CP3P module has its own exam:
- Foundation Exam: 50 multiple-choice questions, 75 minutes.
- Preparation Exam: 4 scenario-based questions, 2.5 hours.
- Execution Exam: 4 scenario-based questions, 2.5 hours.
A passing score of 50% is required for each exam. All exams are administered online by APMG International.
If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, you can retake it. APMG allows multiple retakes, and Cybiant offers exam preparation support and revision sessions to help you succeed on your next attempt.
