A simple guide to claim your e-learning and online training with HRDF Following the Movement Control Order, the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) of Malaysia has introduced new schemes to support online learning. With the new HRDF schemes, employers can encourage their employees to attend online training courses to enhance their knowledge and skills. The schemes allow employers to claim online training fees and even for the support facilities and equipment for the online training. In other words, free training for your employees! Before you sign up for any online courses, it is important to understand the guidelines provided by HRDF. We have prepared a simple and brief guideline below to highlight the important things that employers should know, in order to be eligible to benefit from the online learning schemes. Enterprise Big Data Analyst Launch Event With APMG-International Cybiant is excited to announce that on the 1st of November, the Enterprise Big Data Analyst certification has been launched. The EBDA certification is the second level of the Big Data Framework. Since the launch of the Enterprise Big Data Framework in 2018, more than 1000 people have been certified and the education program has been adopted by rapidly across the globe. How the HRDF Event Encourages Collaborative Learning On the 22nd of October, Cybiant attended the Human Resources Development Fund in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Cybiant is now a HRDF Registered Training Provider Kuala Lumpur, 17 September 2019. Cybiant Asia Sdn. Bhd. is pleased to announce that our organization is now formally accredited under the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Malaysia. As a registered HRDF Training Provider, Cybiant customers and partners can utilize their HRDF allocated funds to claim fees for training courses. The purposes of the Human Resources Development Fund is to drive the economic transformation of Malaysia through the country’s most valued asset – its people. The Fund is used to support people to attend training and further increase their skills.
