What I like most about the course – How ITIL had transformed in v4 compared to v3 and be more relevant to the current era or running operations. I think trainer can have bookmarks or shortcuts in the slides document which could help easily to jump onto topics in the course. Prefer to have the examinations in online mode rather than paper mode.
Afian Hozeini Nuzula –
