Service Overview

The RPA Proof of Concept Development is a comprehensive, hands-on experience designed to help organizations evaluate the technical feasibility of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for their business operations. The Proof of Concept (POC) will demonstrate the potential benefits of RPA through the implementation of a small-scale RPA solution that automates a few select business processes. The POC is led by experienced RPA consultants and covers all aspects of RPA implementation, including process identification, evaluation, and implementation.

Please note that this service typically follows after the RPA Discovery Workshop or the RPA Vision and Strategy Workshop. The POC service is primarily intended for organizations that wish to build a practical use case.
