What I liked most about this course was the trainer, who was very strong in delivering the material and made it very engaging. Because of that, I was very enthusiastic about attending the training and was able to understand the knowledge and material presented very well.

My suggestion is to extend the duration so the material can be delivered in greater depth.

I found the section on ‘Organizations and People’ in this course particularly insightful, especially regarding psychological safety and building a culture of continual learning. It’s often the most overlooked part of service management.

Overall, the course content was great. I’d just suggest adding more interactive Q&A sessions or group discussions around the complex topics.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and the interactive sessions made the complex topics much easier to understand.

The course deepened my understanding of the PPP concept and the key factors that contribute to successful implementation.

It would be helpful to include more practical examples to make the theory more meaningful. Hands-on learning would greatly benefit participants’ understanding, especially as PPP is still a relatively new concept in practice.

I appreciated that feedback from previous evaluations was taken into consideration. The additional notes and videos provided throughout the course were also very helpful.

I am especially thankful that the learning dashboard remains available, allowing participants to continue learning at their own pace.

The course provided a strong foundation in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and how collaboration mechanisms with private partners work. I also found the section on risk sharing especially valuable, as it highlighted the importance of careful screening and thorough appraisal before making final recommendations for approval.
